After managing our own property and realizing how much the industry was missing, we decided to bring a personal touch to vacation home rental management. We love what we do and treat every property like it’s our own.

Where Our Story Meets Yours

We’re Russ and Jeremy, and we’ve been friends for decades. Our families always dreamed of owning a mountain cabin where we could gather and make memories. With help from our loved ones, we made that dream a reality. But after a while, we realized the cabin wasn’t being used as much as we’d hoped. We decided to rent it out to make ends meet and so others could enjoy it.

We quickly discovered that the local property management options weren’t able to take care of it the way we wanted, so we decided to manage it ourselves. In 2022, we turned that hands-on approach into Mountain Stay Property Management. Now, we help other property owners turn their vacation homes into special places where guests can make their own memories with friends and family.
